Thus, the national Union of grain producers continues to expand the ability of Russian farmers in the European arena. The strategy of the Union aims at the development of the domestic grain industry, provides the output of the Russian manufacturers of grain into high margin overseas markets and the establishment of direct contracts with consumers of crops from other countries. To create conditions for establishing partnership relations between representatives of the grain of the community and resolve operational issues had opened the NHS in Paris in the Trade mission of the Russian Federation in the French Republic.
The Union aims to follow the trends of the market and ahead of them. With a request to consider to encourage transition to organic production and the introduction of Federal subsidies for certification has asked the head of the Board of Trustees of the National Union of grain producers Pavel Skurikhin Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to Adygea Republic at the meeting dedicated to the field work in September of this year. Pavel Skurikhin identified an acute shortage of the law governing the market of organic products. Objective prerequisites for Russia to become a world leader in the industry is obvious. Including due to one of the lowest levels in the world the use of herbicides and fertilizers. It is important that in contrast to other ways of solving the problem of marketing grain at a decent price, this does not require significant capital investment and cost of the Federal budget. And the economic effect of the transition to organic production starts from the first year, and within two to three years going out on top of the premium price level.
To bring to the leadership of the agriculture Ministry and grain market participants of the consolidated position of the grain producers the NHS on a regular basis became part of the Operational headquarters for monitoring and regulating the grain market.
